|Recommended: YesSo far so good. — I will say that my concession pricing deals on the website are extremely confusing. I knew I was sold on Modera but I was not super happy with the layout of my unit. I had been working Jane who was extremely helpful, fast and kind. Unfortunately she was out the days leading up to my move in. I decided to switch units and worked with Dawn and eventually Hannah. This is a lot of money for me to spend monthly and a huge commitment and I didn't feel the unit I chose was the right fit. Dawn was not the friendliest. However Hannah overheard our conversations and maybe my uneasiness feelings and took over and helped me switch my lease over. She was a saving grace honestly. I felt like a nuisance to Dawn which is a sucky feeling moving into a building and committing to a year here. But like I said Hannah was so kind and made me feel so at ease.
Mariah, First off, my apologies for not seeing this review sooner. I didn't know about your leasing and move in experience and I'm very sorry to hear that you felt the way you did. I'm very glad that Hannah was able to make you feel comfortable with changing your mind. Moving is stressful and we are here to help make the transition as easy as possible. For the future, you can always come talk to me in person (I have a very open door policy and am in the office Mon-Fri 9-5 most days). |Recommended: YesTreat Yourself — I've lived at Modera Akoya for over a week, and I am delighted with my choice. Dawn made sure my move was smooth as possible, and all staff members continue to be professional, friendly and make you feel at home. The building is immaculate, and the amenities are indeed something special, especially the resort-style pool and hot tub that has some of the best views of any apartment in Portland. Modera Akoya has far exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend living here to any of my friends.

|Recommended: YesModera Akoya Review — I have absolutely been loving living here I am in proximity to everything I need want. The staff has been incredibly warm and welcoming. I am so happy with my stay and it has made my transition through my move so smooth. The only thing I would change is I wish we all had designated parking spots considering the cost. Otherwise, I have no complaints
